Every work is unique. These are the rules if something is not what you expected.
Time to return
Days to request a return after delivery: to be confirmed with Pedro.
If it arrives damaged
Write within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos of the package and the work. Works travel insured.
How to return it
Who pays the return shipping and in what condition it must come back: to be confirmed with Pedro.
Refund
The refund goes back to the same payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) once the work is back at the workshop.
